Founded in 1985, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre is one of the preeminent arbitration institutions in the world. According to the Global Arbitration Review, "Regional arbitration pretty much began with the HKIAC. No regional institution has been running so successfully for so long." HKIAC assists companies with their dispute resolution needs with our multi-lingual, multi-cultural Secretariat, our state-of-the-art administered arbitration rules, and our deep pool of arbitrators with a wide range of expertise and experience.



Founded by in 1980 and has more than 800 registered members from all over the country engaged in teaching and research institutions of international law, state organs and other practical work departments. Chinese Society of International Law in China is the center of international academic exchange. Conducts promotion of international law in China, research, practice, dissemination and development, play an important role and impact.

Transnational Dispute Management
Transnational Dispute Management (TDM, ISSN 1875-4120) is a comprehensive and innovative information service on the management of international disputes, with a focus on the rapidly evolving area of investment arbitration, but also in other significant areas of international investment (such as oil, gas, energy, infrastructure, mining, utilities etc).
It deals both with formal adjudicatory procedures (mainly investment and commercial arbitration), but also mediation/ADR methods, negotiation and managerial ways to manage transnational disputes efficiently. Inter-Pacific Bar Association
The Inter-Pacific Bar Association ("IPBA") is an international association of business and commercial lawyers who live in, or otherwise have a strong interest in, the Asia-Pacific Region (sometimes referred to as the "Region"). It was established in April 1991 at an organizing conference held in Tokyo attended by more than 500 lawyers from countries within the Asia-Pacific Region. Since then, it has grown to become the preeminent legal association in this Region, with membership drawn from throughout the world, and currently has over 1,500 members from over 65 jurisdictions worldwide.

Founded in 1956 by John D. Rockefeller III in New York, and with a worldwide network of 12 centers, Asia Society is a key educational institution dedicated to promoting mutual understanding and strengthening partnerships among peoples, leaders, and institutions of Asia and the United States in a global context.


International Law Association (Hong Kong Chapter)
The International Law Association (Hong Kong Chapter) is a local branch of the International Law Association whose objectives are "the study, clarification and development of international law, both public and private, and the furtherance of international understanding and respect for international law". The Hong Kong Chapter is open to persons who are normally resident in Hong Kong. Our members range from legal professionals in private practice, government, statutory organisations to academia.
