Important Information:

• Priority will be given to members; thereafter places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
• CPD accreditation will be applied for from the Law Society of Hong Kong.
• Discounts are also available for multiple tickets for non-members to book as a group. Please contact events@hkiac.org for details.

Confirmation of Registration

• Kindly note that registration forms received without payment or credit card authorization will not be processed.
• Once payment has been cleared, you will receive confirmation via email. Please include your email address on the registration form.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If you have registered for the Conference, a replacement is welcome with prior notice to the HKIAC at no extra charge should the registered delegate be unable to attend. In order to help us prepare your Admission Pass, please make change on or before 6 July 2016.
• If this is not an option for you, the refund policy is listed as follows:

• Cancellation must be in writing to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre on or before 1 July 2016 via email.
• Refunds will be made within 2 months after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds will be paid in HKD.
• If you make online registration, you are automatically adhering to our terms and conditions.

Accommodation

Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel is the official hotel for the Colloquium.

A limited number of rooms at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel from 14-17 July 2016 at HK$1700 per room per night plus 10% service charge.

If you wish to take advantage of these special rates, please contact Ms Karen Tan at karen@hkiac.org on or before 30 June 2016 to take advantage of the special rate.

Each participant is responsible for his/her own room charges. Reservations will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the stated special rates.
